We are a Christian homeschool community serving families in West Seattle, White Center, Burien, Des Moines, Tukwila, SeaTac, and Beacon Hill since 1985. Approximately 30 families participate in our co-op, which meets in the classrooms of a local SeaTac church.

Recognizing that parents are primarily responsible for their children's education, we exist to support and supplement core teachings at home. With that in mind, we offer enrichment classes for a broader home education than we might manage individually, benefitting from the knowledge and passion of others. As the "Co-op" in our name suggests, parents are involved in teaching and other supporting activities, being present with their children on campus during classes.

Doctrinal Statement
As parents of Christian families, we have joined together to support and encourage one another in the godly training of our children. For us, the issues which are listed below all find their answer and interpretation from God's Holy Word - the Bible. His Word is the basis of all wisdom and understanding. We ask that our teachers, parents and outside instructors honor these principles.

BIBLE: We believe that all scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for reproof and instruction and training in righteousness. The Bible is the authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

GOD: We believe that there is one God, eternally extistent in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. (John 14 and 1 John 5:7)

JESUS: We believe in the deity of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

SPIRIT: We belive in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. The Holy Spirit has been sent by the Father and He will teach us all things, causing us to remember what Jesus has taught. (John 14:26)

CREATION: We believe that in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1) God has created all things, and for His pleasure they are created. (Revelations 4:11)

SALVATION: We believe that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and as sinners we must be born again; for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. (Romans 3:23, John 3:3, Romans 6:23)

RESURRECTION: We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to the resurrection of eternal life and the lost to eternal damnation. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18)

PRAYER: We encourage and support the use of prayer in every aspect of our famly life. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. (James 5:16)

AUTHORITY: We believe that we should show proper respect to all authorities which are instituted among men: to governments and to all who are in authority over us. (1 Peter 2:13-17)
